Can school kids get to school by themselves with out being hit by a car? These days it seems like no one can. A week ago a car stopped an inch away from me at a pedestrian crossing. Does it have something to do with how long the lights give you to cross the street? I am appalled about the standard light timing. It seems very unrealistic.
